I thought I was getting a newer edition…so I ended up having to buy the newer addition. One useful book for the price of two.

a) The subject content is very good and is quite informative with the relevant examples of the best practices and cases. Gives good insights into the various aspects of Services Marketing and changes your perspective.
b) The paper used is just perfect (not a glossy) which gives a great reading pleasure.

The book was shipped from U.S. to Ireland. It arrived fast/after 1,5 or 2 weeks. I was surprise by quality of the book; insight was market a little, but that was something I was inform about before purchase. I am very happy from purchase and quality of service and quality of purchased good, will continue to do so.

This book combines a plethora of examples from various industries with theory essential to understand the workings and dynamics of service marketing. The authors’ experience in writing such books comes across in the way they make difficult concepts simple to understand, and even implement.
Highly recommended.
